This website is limited and has a personal not commercial use. The use of the web depends on the condition of the user and his/her commitment, as such, to the site and its contents and services, in agreement to the current legalisation and the present legal terms and conditions, as well as one’s morality, good customs and public order. The present legal terms and conditions, as well as the relationship between Tirma, S.A. and the user are governed by and construed in accordance to Spanish law. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the Courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, in the province of Las Palmas, Spain.

DATA PROTECTION

Tirma, S.A. is limited to obtain and conserve, for technical and statistical purposes regarding the users of the web, the name of the supplier or IP address for accessing the network, the address of the link that leads them to the web, the date and time of access and the number of visitors to each section of the site. This information is anonymous and is not associated to any type of user in particular.

The user accepts and openly expresses that the personal data provided at the time of the reservation and/or the registration, in case this were necessary, may be included in files owned by the company, as well as be electronically processed or not, in order to facilitate the rendering of services requested, for the identification of the users who request personalised services on the web, for the management of administrative procedures by Tirma, S.A., as well as in order to communicate, via the email or postal address provided or for via any other means, information on products and services offered by Tirma, S.A. The user expressly accepts that he/she may be sent information that has a commercial or advertising focus to the email address provided or by any other means and accepts that the personal data given may be processed in electronic files that are owned by Tirma, S.A.

In any case, the personal data provided shall be processed in a strictly confidential way. Tirma, S.A. shall provide the technical, organisational and security measures necessary to guarantee the security and integrity, as well as to prevent the modification, loss, processing or unauthorised access of the same, in fulfilment of the legal normative applicable.

The owner of the data expressly accepts that Tirma S.A., may release this data to other companies in the same group for the same purposes, under the same conditions and respecting at all times the Spanish legislation on data protection.

The users whose personal data is subject to processing may exercise their rights to opposition, access, rectification and cancelation of the data and revocation of the authorisation in the terms established in the Organic Law of Personal Data Protection and according to the legal procedures established, not retrospectively and without any charge. In order to exercise these rights the user should send a written document to Tirma, S.A. Avda. de Escaleritas 104, 35011 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Province of Las Palmas, Spain, indicating in the reference the following: "modification/rectification/cancelation of personal data", including name, surname, photocopy of the identification card, written application of the cancelation and/or rectification and/or modification, date and signature of the petitioner.

LEGAL REGULATIONS

The present legal terms and conditions, as well as the relationship between Tirma, S.A. and the website users are subject to the terms expressed in the Law 7/1998, 13th April on General Conditions of Procurement, General Law 26/1984, 19th July, for the Defence of the Consumers and Users, Directive 97/7/CEE, 20th May 1997, application to those contracts undertaken through the internet between a consumer and supplier, Law 7/1996, 15th January, Basic Law of Retailer, Organic Law, 15/1999 of Personal Data Protection and the normative that it undertakes and the Law 34/2002, 11th July, of Information Society and Electronic Trading, and all the applicable touristic normative, and also, the Civil Code and the Commercial Code.
